These terms and conditions apply to all cooperations with the following company:

1. Client representation and authorization
Any acceptance of this Agreement by an individual utilizing an email address associated with the Client’s corporate domain shall be deemed to possess sufficient authority to bind the Client to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of service
The scope of the agreement is strictly limited to the one-time delivery of the specific observation(s) in the form of a Fault Report. Once the Fee is paid in full, the Client owns the content of the Fault Report (the specific observations). However, Fault Busters Inc. retains all intellectual property rights in its proprietary methodology, templates, and analytical tools used to generate the Fault Report.

3. Limitation of warranty and liability
Fault Busters Inc. provides the observation on an “as-is” basis, without any representation or warranty, fitness for particular purpose, or validity. The client accepts full responsibility for independently evaluating the accuracy, impact, and actionable nature of the disclosed observation. Fault Busters Inc. shall not be held liable for any claims arising from the client's determination that the observation is invalid.

4. Limitation of services
Fault Busters Inc. assumes no obligation, responsibility, or liability whatsoever for providing further analysis, consultation, remediation services, or follow-up communications to the observation following its initial disclosure of errors and mistakes stated in the Fault Report forwarded to the client.

5. Acceptance of this agreement
By accepting the offer to receive the full Fault Report, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. This can be done simply by sending an e-mail, stating that the client would like to receive the Fault Report.

6. Effective date
The agreement becomes effective on the date of sending the email with acceptance of offer.

7. Payment and Disclosure
Disclosure of the observation will occur only upon Fault Busters Inc.’s verifiable receipt of the agreed-upon service charge on its own bank account.

8. Refund, cancellation and claims
This payment is a non-refundable prerequisite for receiving the Fault Report, and the client acknowledges that the charge is for the information itself, regardless of subsequent utility. Once the agreement is accepted by the Client and the Fault Report has been submitted, the payment is non-refundable and the Agreement cannot be cancelled by the Client. The total cumulative liability of Fault Busters Inc. for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be strictly limited to the service charge actually paid by the Client for the specific Fault Report giving rise to the claim. Fault Busters Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire and sole agreement between Fault Busters Inc. and the client with respect to the specific observation described herein, and supersedes all prior or current understandings, communications, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter of this agreement. This agreement may not be modified, amended, or waived, in whole or in part, except by an instrument in writing signed by an authorized representative of Fault Busters Inc. and the client.

10. Severability
If part of this agreement is found to be in conflict with any applicable law, then all other parts shall remain in effect.

11. Governing law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish Law (Dansk ret), excluding its conflict of law principles.

12. Venue
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively before Retten i Svendborg (Svendborg District Court) as the agreed venue.
